The book is out of print, however there are a significant number of copies still available. Check Ebay, Jannette at Rare Yarns, or even your local library.

Links are on the sidebar for yarn sources. Alice Starmore has a site, Virtual Yarns, and has available as kits the yarns for
Henry VIII,
Anne of Cleves,
Catherine Parr,
Elizabeth I,
Margaret Tudor,
Henry VII, and a
cushion cover in the Henry VIII motif.
While not the only source, I know that Anne at SheEweKnits will also kit up the yarn for any of the patterns, using, I believe, Jamieson yarns.

Thanks to Sherry for making a button. Please feel free to take it and use it to link back here from your own blog.

I asked about the Henry VIII colorway, but haven't decided if that's what I'm going to do yet. Put me down as "undecided".

I'm either doing Catherine Parr or Elizabeth I. I'm tempted to do Elizabeth since so many others are doing it. But obviously I haven't gotten any yarn yet. It will probably be another few weeks before I do.

Possibly I'm doing Eliz in Rich. Possibly in white Hempathy. Whichever shows up first. Not that it matters.

Well into Fall. In fact, there's no year on that Fall, is there? ;)

I am going to do Elizabeth I. I have had the swatch done for several months but just haven't gotten serious about it yet. I'll be doing it in Lana Gatto "Feeling" Silk, Merino, Cashmere which has wonderful stitch definition. Can't wait to really get started.

Hi all -- I'm going to have to bow out of this one. Thought I'd be able to squeeze it in but no such luck.

Hi Marji, Just wanted to update you to let you know I plan to do Henry VII. I will not be able to begin for several weeks (vacation) and lots of WIP so I will be poking along.

I just ordered the Virtual Yarns Elizabeth I kit. It came today... but it's just yarn, no pattern. Is this right? I was going to join the KAL as soon as I had kit in hand, but obviously this is a bit of a holdup.

The pattern is supposed to come with the yarn in the kit, right?
