Elizabeth 1 question

Hello All,
I am into the shaping darts and am wondering if the sizing is particularly generous on the lower edge. I am to gauge but it seem too big....is it really that much of a peplum effect? It doesn't appear to be so in pics. I will post an update by midweek, or a pic of a frogged item
